I don't know how you guys do everything you do! I've been begging James for a weekend in the snow since my birthday....but I'm still waiting! Where did you stay at in Flagstaff?

I love your blog, you have the most adorable family!!!!! So you're going to have to teach me how you get your son to keep his hair out of his eyes, but that's off the topic. I love your blog.

This sounds SO GREAT! How fun!

So Megan,
Your comment alone was THE most helpful of all of them. To be honest I have to totally agree with your. For the first 5 weeks of this competition all I have been doing is not snacking, eating less at dinner, well, and breakfast and lunch and I have stopped drinking Juice! My old bread had 100 calories PER SLICE and my new bread is 100 calories for 2 slices. Seriously, it's been quite the eye opening experience for me. I have never really paid that much attention to what I was eating and it has made such a difference. OH, and I been exercising everyday and it's been SO EXHILARATING!! I love your snacks that you keep around the house. I'll have to get some almonds. My "mint truffle hot cocoa" is 1 cup frozen blackberries with a scoop of fat free cool whip...totally does the trick! Thanks alot for taking the time to write all that for me, I really appreciate it!!

SO...that cake was SO EASY! It's just 2 half spheres that make a round cake when you put frosting on the flat part to stick it together. You can get them at Walmart, or Michaels, or a cake store. Look in the Wilton section. It would be totally cute to do for your Buzz cake. Just call me if this doesn't make sense. 916-267-8994

I love family vacations. Staying at a hotel just makes it seem so exotic!
