LOL You know what's funny? I tell that to Ian all the time. I need to take a little bit of my own advice. I don't think this week would have been so bad if I wasn't so ambitious with my canning.
Wow! Is all I can say. I can't even imagine doing all that, does that kind of ambition just come along with the baby because I certainly do not have it!
I have weeks like that, then the next week I do NOTHING and feel guilty, so the next week is off to play everyday... I know I can say no, I do regularly, but I kinda like being insanely busy for a while, as long as I know there is a day or two of nothing ahead in the calendar.
I do like being busy, and we all know I love being social...it's just that everynow and then I tend to overdo it. I just need to be more concious of my limitations.
You are so funny. It's okay to whine a little! :) We all need to vent sometimes and us fellow mommies can totally sympathize and understand what you are going through. This is our first week without swimmings and speech. Those are crazy weeks - then when preschool was on top of that?? Oh - I could have written many posts like yours. Don't feed bad. We all know how you feel. Hope you have a totally boring week this week! :)
I'm a mommy, wife, chocoholic, lover of books, and singer(in the car when the radio is turned up too loud to hear myself). I love my kids, my amazing husband, my Father in Heaven, soft bed covers, watching my girls dance, tickling my boys, cooking and baking(and eating!), making hair bows, chocolate covered strawberries, crocheting, going to the gym, taking pictures, and kissing my kids' smooshy cheeks.
My heroes are my parents. I hope I can always be a strong, kind woman with a zest and passion for life.

Three words for you: Just say no! :) You can, you know. It's okay.

Ummm...Yes? I don't think it's ambition - more like insanity. I think you lose a bit of your brain with each child.

Sorry, typo. I mean to say swimming lessons. You know what I meant!
Don't apologize for your comments...we do all understand. And hopefully this week will go a little better for you.
