Megan~ I remember when you and Ian and I *think* it was just one of your girls, came to our house in Smokey Point/Arlington about 4/5/6 years ago. I don't even remember why you were in the area, but it was so nice to finally meet you in person. We were remodeling our garage, and we had a blanket hanging up in the doorway that led from the main part of the house to the family room-in-progress. I hope you remember it, otherwise, I might feel a bit silly!!!
So besides all the things we've already mentioned, I will always remember hanging out at you and Ians place in Provo. You guys always invited us over for food or games. Always fun and I'll forever have you to thank for helping us find our daughter's name!
I remember when you moved into the ward shortly after we did and I talked to you about Valley Center. At the time I had heard all these rumors about Valley Center people. And I quickly dismissed them as you were obviously so very normal. :)
I was so excited that Aaron's fav cousin was getting married around the same time we were. I had heard so much much about Ian and was really exited to meet him and you! I remember when I finally met you, you were so nice to me and we just talked like we already knew each other! Also a different time, we came to SLC to visit you (from Rexburg) and you were preggo with Emma. Your little apt was so cute and we ate Thai food (courtesy of Ian of course). We talked like all night long and Ian and Aaron didn't want to mess up your ONLY bathroom so they went over to the pool house to use the potty. THEY are hilarious! I remember we slept on your floor, and I LITERALLY had the best night sleep I have ever had! Those were the good ol days before kids! Ha. Good times!
Ok here ya go! My very FIRST memory of you...A group of us being Mark, Mike, Ian, etc were on our way out to a party in Provo. We were in the parking lot of the INfamous Belmont when we see these cute girls in the middle of the parking lot. My instant judgment was not the greatest I have to admit, but that's only because when the boys rolled the window down and asked if you guys wanted to come to the party with us you said yes and hopped in the car!!! Thankfully you did and it was love at first sight for you and Ian!! I know we haven't hung out together much since, but I love to be able to say that I was totally there when "it all began"!! Plus once I got to know you past that first night, I instantly knew that you were such a fun great girl, seriously the perfect match for Ian. Anyone who knows you guys is lucky! LOVE YA!
Mag-Pie I will also try to narrow all of my many many wonderful and not so wonderful memories in to a somewhat short list. It might help some of these make more sense if you read the comment you left me while you read this.
-A wonderful summer of tanning and oddly concocted extremely moisturizing foot masages/wraps.
-At least one fun double date to the Ruben H. Fleet science museum, I dont' remember our dates names but I remember having fun there. The rest not so fun.
-Finding Nates underware years later.
-Plans of growing old and super cute together. good thing you came to AZ that makes it a littl easier.
-Microwaveable pot pies and Pizzas
-Sleepovers where there were endless promises that "that was the last thing I'm going to say, good night." then a couple min later we wer talking again.
- Dancing to Sublime in Natalies room...we were wierd.
-INSIWBEIOSIWBWI- You made it!
-Fighting like (or worse than) sisters when you stayed over for a week while your mom was on vaca.
-My boobs still hurt from saying bad words.
-Meeting Ian- You guys drove all the way to BYUI to get me. He blew on my nose! great first impression. Then we had a girls reunion, how fun!
Thanks for all the really good memories you are a great friend & I love you tons.

I remember a fun memory of you and your sweet family inviting us all over for FHE... we had a quick lesson, song, had dessert and played the Wii... the golf game. You guys just bought it that day, I think. I also remember the picnic on your front lawn with all our cute kids eating on the blanket! That was fun and sweet seeing all our neighborhood friends there... also, painting pictures in your gargae. I also remember sitting at your kitchen table with hair bows you made covering the entire table...I was trying to decide which ones I wanted for Hailey. I wanted all of them and it was so hard to choose! =) Fun memories...
I remember you borrowing my rock hard brown sugar. I was so embarrassed that you had to scrap it out and then try to soften it in the microwave. I just checked and my current brown sugar is nice and soft. Wanna borrow some? ;)
The one I think of first is when we were at bunco and we talked about Amy Butler and realized that we both lived in the same weird city in CA!! miss you guys!! :D
Mine is silly. I met you at Diane's and when you came in I thought you were way younger than you are. You brought Oscar's breadsticks and I asked you if you worked there (my brother was at the time and he got free food). Then when I found out you had two kids I felt like a dummy. I don't know what I was thinking?!
We also had a lot of fun camping with you at Lake Skinner. That was the first night Bree slept the whole night (probably because she was overheated in the snow suit I put her in). When we talked I just remember thinking we are very alike. :)
OH. MY. GOSH. I am laughing sooo hard right now and cannot stop smiling b/c your version of our first meeting is HILARIOUS!! AND SO right on!!! I totally forgot about the whole "MY cousin" line...which is totally not my true personality and I have NO idea why I even did that!! HOW EMBARRASSING!!! Good thing you and Ian DID hook up so I could redeem myself eventually. I also forgot about the picnic in the park. How fun.
Yours turned out really good, mine totally bommed:o(
INSIWBEIOSIWBWI, Let me remind you, when you were hum...how do we say this...I guess when you weren't following gospel standards very well, and you knew you should but it was hard, so you used to write it on yoru hand and stuff to remind yourself that "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it." remember now?
My first memory of you is when we were at bunco and you asked me if I was prego........and I totally wasn't.........I wasn't sure I would be able to be your friend but I am over it now and I think you are too adorable!!!
